Magick is real, but not as films show it. It cannot break the laws of the physical world; it works on the mind, and the mind shapes a life.
What magick is not
Let us be clear about what it is first. Magick cannot violate the laws of the physical world. You cannot cast a spell and make a chest of gold appear — that is movie magic, and an infantile view of the subject.
How it works
Magick works on the psyche: your thoughts, emotions, memories, beliefs and the unconscious parts of your mind. You shape an intention, choose the runes that suit it, and program them with it. As the runes work, they transform your psyche — and since your psyche governs your life, your circumstances change with it, naturally, over weeks and months. Magick is a method for producing synchronicities.
What it looks like
In practice it looks like this.
Work. You activate a runic amulet for a better salary. Months later you find yourself looking at job advertisements, meet the right position by apparent coincidence, and get it.
Love. You activate an amulet for a partner and name the qualities you want. Half a year later you meet someone, and when you look back at your diary you find the height, the colouring and the character you asked for.
Health. Someone activates an amulet for healing. Weeks later, by coincidence, they come upon a better way to approach their illness — a doctor who specialises in exactly it, or a piece of information they would never otherwise have met.
Not a toy
This practice is not a toy, and it can harm if it is used irresponsibly. There are safety rules to follow, and they serve two purposes at once: they keep the work safe for you, and they are what makes it work at all.
